In June, 2002 I joined the Department of Computer Science at Hope College as an Assistant Professor. Prior to coming to Hope College, I worked for four years as a Software Engineer in a firm specializing in bioinformatics. My Ph.D. is from The Ohio State University in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
